Please be aware that we are not a bulk billing practice.
We accept a range of referrals including clients attending privately, or under Medicare, Workers’ Compensation and Compulsory Third Party Insurance and Private Health Insurance. We see Self-Managed NDIS clients and work with some NDIS Plan Managers. We see employees who’s sessions are pre-approved and funded by their employers.
It may help to know that clients don’t necessarily need a referral from a GP, Paediatrician or a Psychiatrist to see one of our clinicians. Clients will however, need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP or a referral from a Paediatrician or a Psychiatrist for an eligible condition to claim a rebate through Medicare. Please note, we do not Bulk Bill.
We celebrate what all mental health clinicians bring to the industry and are proud to have a multidisciplinary team. Our team is composed of Registered and Provisional Psychologists, Social Workers and Accredited Mental Health Social Workers. Our friendly Administration Team will work with clients to help find the right clinician for their needs.
